it turned out to be so soothing and helpful that she was amazed.
realizing she may not be the only person out there who was

in the midst of grieving several deaths, terri grabbed the little microphone she had on
her desk one day and just dug right into her recording of 'grief and loss.' understanding
that it wouldn't have the fancy professional feel of the first recording, she declared she
