i matter a reminder... what happens when a person wakes up and figures out that they matter? when the idea begins to take root and starts to become part of them? for me, my life turned upside down. it was as if i had to rebuild my entire life, my entire belief structure. filled with fear and insecurities, i wandered along. the belief that there was more for me out there pulled me forward, and i found my way. these poems are reflections of part of my journey down the road to figuring out that i matter. i invite you to join me along the path, all the while grabbing your own life.... and living out the knowing that you matter. |
