it's september! guess who has a birthday this month?!
our very own noah yo yo!!! he'll be TWENTY ONE!!
ohmygosh!!!! how do these things happen?! he was THE
cutest little boy you'd ever want to see (i'm gonna have to
round up a picture for you to see!) and he's turned into quite
the young man! he's a huge part of bone sighs. honest to pete,
we just wouldn't be where we are without him. and soon...very
soon we'll be featurin' him with his own art here! he's truly
one of the best guys ever.....come join us, pick up your coffee
or whatever it is you're drinkin, toast this crazy guy and celebrate
noah with us!!! a total gift to our world!

we're asking everyone to hold all our teenagers in our hearts
this month! after experiencing a very special moment with
a young girl just becoming a teenager and some very hard
moments with a young boy struggling in his teen years...it
got me thinking...and then when i talked to a 14 year old boy
of what it's like being a teen, he looked me in the eye and
said '13 was hard.'....well......i really got to thinking of the ups
and downs of that age. right now, i'm feeling very far away
from a teen i really care about....and i was thinking it would
be so cool if we could all hold him and all these crazy teens
in our lives in our hearts! their struggles, their dreams, and
the craze of that time of life.......it's a lot. and even if we're not
right there, i gotta believe holding them in our hearts matters.
so whattya say?! got a teen you love? got a teen you want to ring
their neck?! let's hold them in our hearts!

heck of a musician! she's teaming up with another awesome musician
and playing an outdoor concert right in accokeek! if you grew up in the

we did it! we got our donation page up!
the idea is to make a space where people who could use
a bone sigh but don't have the money can come and discretely
request one. this can include individuals and also include
places like women's shelters or whatever
and then people
who want to help make that happen can come and
donate any
kind of amount. it certainly doesn't have to be much.
anything
that works for them. we'll combine that money and some of
our own and see if we can make some magic happen! we will
post first
names of donors and little snippets of anonymous
stories about where
the bone sighs go. this will take a little
while to get rollin'....but we have
grand hopes and dreams for
it! come on over and check out the start of

i am just so excited about that part!
they will have 'i matter' printed on the front right chest side and

AMERICAN MADE....no sweatshops for us! because of that, it raises
the cost quite a bit. we won't be able to offer these to shops as we
can't get the price down low enough for them. these will only be
available on our website. should be here for october! yay!
