Ross Szabo, author of Behind Happy Faces, discusses how to take charge of your mental health by learning through his experiences.
This is an event for anyone dealing with: stress, lack of sleep, breakups, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and other life issues.

Quilt Project
Support the cause and be part of something great!
For those who have lost someone to suicide, are struggling with depression, or those that support the cause, you can design your own piece of the quilt. The quilt will then be displayed on Friday 11/20 from 10am to 3pm in front of Hornbake Library for our campus community to view your commemoration and this important project.

National Depression Screening Day
National Depression Screening Day is designed to call attention to the illness of depression on a national level, educate the public about its symptoms and effective treatments, offer individuals the opportunity to be screened for depression, and connect those in need of treatment to a mental health professional.

National Survivors of Suicide Day
National Survivors of Suicide Day is a day of healing for those who have lost someone to suicide. This event to provides an opportunity for the survivor community to come together for support, healing, information and empowerment.
